Paperfest 2021 will be held in conjunction with the Village of Combined Locks Centennial Celebration! Come out and have a historically fun time!

Parking is available throughout the village streets, Kimberly High School*, Jansen Elementary School, Lindberg Park, and St Paul Church (after 5pm daily). Please avoid parking where prohibited and be courteous of others.
FREE Shuttle Bus* – By Lamers Bus Lines:
Catch a ride to Paperfest with Lamers Bus Lines. The free continuous shuttle service takes you to and from various parking locations to the festival. This convenient shuttle drops off approximately every 20 minutes.

- Friday: 5:00pm – 12:30am
- Saturday: 11:00am – 12:30am
- Sunday: 11:00am – 5:00pm

Handicap Accessibility
We do our best to offer handicap parking inside the main entrance and utilize the paved walking paths throughout the park for easy wheelchair mobility. If the limited spaces are filled, you may request that someone from our grounds crew come pick you up at your car. Please see a security volunteer at the entrances for further information.

From The North:
Take US-41 southbound, merge onto WI-441 south (exit 145) toward Appleton, take the CE/College Ave. exit and turn left onto CE/College Ave. heading east. Turn left onto Cty Rd N and continue until turning right on Wallace St. Paperfest will be on the right-hand side.
From The South:
Take US-41 northbound, merge onto WI-44A north (exit 134) toward Appleton, take the CE/College Ave. exit and turn right onto CE/College Ave. heading east. Turn left onto Cty Rd N and continue until turning right on Wallace St. Paperfest will be on the right-hand side.

The free admission festival is the perfect answer to “what should we do this weekend?” Paperfest is supplying great times for Northeast Wisconsin, just a short drive from: Kimberly, Combined Locks, Kaukauna, Little Chute, Freedom, Appleton, Darboy, Harrison, Neenah, Menasha, Greenville, Hortonville, Grand Chute, Wrightstown, De Pere, Green Bay, and Oshkosh areas; including Outagamie, Calumet, Brown, and Winnebago counties.
