Paperfest is a free-admission community festival organized by Kim-Com Promotion – a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization.

Since 1989, the Kim-Com Promotion team works year-round to plan the annual Paperfest event. As an official Wisconsin 501(c)3 nonprofit, Kim-Com Promotion relies heavily on monetary and in-kind donations. Made up of dedicated volunteers from throughout the Fox Cities, the directors are driven to provide the community with a free-admission event with something for the whole family to enjoy through a variety of activities and live music options. The music is great and the beer is cold – the best part is the proceeds from Paperfest are donated back into the community. Supported entirely by volunteers, each volunteer is encouraged to dedicate their hours to a local charitable organization of choice. OVER $1.1 MILLION DONATED!

While attending Paperfest may be free, creating a festival of this quality is not. There are many costs associated with Paperfest and tax-deductible donations help keep Paperfest free for the community and support local nonprofits. 100% of all donations go into to creating a quality festival with great live music and family fun.
