The Paperfest Craft & Vendor Fair sponsored by Antique Up will be Sunday of Paperfest. Spectators can enjoy free admission to enjoy the Craft Fair as well as $1.00 carnival rides, live music on multiple stages, and an array of food choices; including food trucks. Come check out over 75 local vendors!

Interested in joining the Paperfest Craft & Vendor Fair? Please submit an online application! Printed applications can be submitted in person to Antique Up or by mail to Paperfest Craft Fair, PO Box 33, Kimberly WI 54136. All entries are subject to approval by organizers. Payment is due with application submission. 

FOOD VENDORS OR CORPORATE VENDORS ARE NOT ALLOWED – please contact for alternate opportunities.

ALL PARTICIPANTS MUST SIGN A PAPERFEST WAIVER BEFORE PARTICIPATING IN ANY PAPERFEST EVENT

Booth Fee

Fee due with application and paid online (credit card) or check to: Kim-Com Promotion

SINGLE – 10’ x 10’ booth: $30.00
DOUBLE – 10’ x 20’ booth: $50.00
TRIPLE – 10’ x 30’ booth: $70.00

OUTDOOR EVENT, RAIN OR SHINE, NO REFUNDS

 

Booth Space

A single booth space measures 10’ wide by 10’ deep. Vendors will be placed directly next to each other. Double and Triple spaces are available at a discounted rate. The space assigned at vendor check-in is the only space allotted to you. Paperfest reserves the right to change vendor locations without notice in accordance with changes that are made to the grounds.

Displays must be contained within your space. Please be aware that ground may be uneven as booths may be on the grass or asphalt.

 

Acceptance

Once application is submitted, please allow up to two weeks for review to receive your acceptance/declining email. Email will be the primary mode of communication. Special requests (such as booth placement) are not guaranteed. PAYMENT IS REQUIRED FOR ACCEPTACE OR SPACE WILL NOT BE HELD.

 

Sales & Sales Tax

We do not guarantee sales at your booth. Sales are not reported to Paperfest. Vendors are responsible for collecting, reporting and paying their own local and state sales tax on all items sold at the festival. A copy of your tax permit must be displayed during operations, on site.

Advertising

We encourage accepted vendors to advertise their participation in our event. If you wish to obtain promotional brochures with event details to distribute, we will provide you with these upon request. Vendors are not allowed to promote their participation on social media or any other platform prior to acceptance.

 

Additional Notes

Pets are not allowed on festival grounds. Parking is limited, please only 1 vehicle per vendor.

The vendor’s application irrevocably grants Paperfest the exclusive right to use any media, the name, likeness, photos, or reproduction of performance for any purpose including promotion and advertising. 

DAY OF DETAILS

check-In

Check-in information will be emailed to accepted vendors prior to the event. When you arrive at check-in, a festival representative will direct you to your booth space. Parking for 1 vehicle is available next to your vendor space. 

 

LOAD-In & Load-Out

Vendors may arrive for load-in at 10:00AM. Vendors must have their booth set up by at NOON. Absolutely no vehicles will be allowed near the booths after NOON. Vendors may not load-out before 6:00PM. All vendors must load out before 8:00PM on Sunday.

PArking

One vehicle per site is allowed to park next to the craft space. 

 

Equipment

Paperfest will NOT provide any equipment to you including tent, tables, service counters, chairs, storage units, and/or any other equipment for the sale of your products. Vendors must provide all desired equipment.

Booths are on pavement and tents MUST be anchored to the ground by weights at all times. In the event of high winds or inclement weather, booth owners are responsible and liable for the security and safety of their structures, as well as anything contained within. Vendors should be prepared for inclement weather with rain covers, tie-downs and weights.

 

All equipment, supplies and overstock must be stowed and hidden within the space provided. No unsightly materials or equipment should be visible to the crowd.

 

Electricity & WIFI

Electricity & WiFi will not be provided at Paperfest. Generators are not acceptable. Cellular service is not guaranteed. There are multiple ATMs on site.

 

Trash & Garbage

Vendors are responsible for leaving booth spaces and area clean. All trash from your operation must be removed and/or placed in proper receptacles when you load out. Any vendor leaving garbage will be billed for its removal.
