FOOD TRUCK RALLY APPLICATION

Thank you for your interest in participating in the Paperfest Food Truck Rally. Paperfest is an event of Kim-Com Promotion – a 501(c)3 nonprofit – held annually the 3rd weekend of July. Proceeds from Paperfest are donated into the community through local charitable organizations including churches, volunteer fire departments, and school groups. This free-admission festival has a great tradition of providing great live music, family-friendly entertainment, a variety of food and beverage choices, as well as hot air balloon glow and carnival rides. 

FOOD TRUCKS ARE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT UPON ACCEPTANCE ($350 PER DAY or $1,200 FOR THE ENTIRE 4-DAY EVENT). THE DEPOSIT WILL COUNT TOWARDS THE 25% FEE SPLIT – THIS 25% IS DONATED TO THE NONPROFITS SUPPORTED BY PAPERFEST.

PAPERFEST TICKETS HAVE A VALUE OF $1.00 AND WILL BE TREATED AS CASH. VENDORS MUST ACCEPT TICKETS AND MAY ACCEPT CASH/CARD.

VENDOR SPACE: Setup begins 3 hours prior to opening each day (multi-day vendors may remain set up overnight). All vendors MUST be self-sufficient, power is not provided.

SERVING HOURS: THURS 5-10PM,  FRI NOON-11PM,  SAT 11AM-11PM,  SUN 11AM-6PM

SERVING HOURS: Vendors may operate within dedicated serving hours – there are no requirements to be open specific hours. Vendors will NOT be allowed to enter or exit via vehicle traffic during the serving hours. If a vendor chooses to open later or close early, they may do so, but they need to be parked in their space the entire duration of the serving hours. Failure to do so will result in loss of participation and loss of deposit. No exceptions. 

HEALTH INSPECTION: Please have current license(s) prominently displayed as required by the Health Department (any fees are the responsibility of the vendor and are not included in the event fee). No pets are allowed on the grounds or within any food truck/vendor space.

LIABILITY INSURANCE: Please provide a certificate of insurance covering personal injury and property damage with a minimum coverage of $1 million. The certificate must name Paperfest as additional insured.

TRASH: Each vendor is responsible for supplying a 40-gallon trash receptacle near their space. Vendors must keep area clean. Trash bags will be picked up each night or can be disposed in onsite dumpsters.

MENU: You will not be allowed to sell food/drink items that are not pre-approved in the submitted menu.

BEVERAGES: VENDORS MUST PURCHASE BEVERAGES DIRECTLY FROM PAPERFEST AND SELL AT PRICES SET BY THE PAPERFEST COMMITTEE – NO OUTSIDE BEVERAGES ALLOWED!!

Interested food vendors are encouraged to submit an application below to be eligible to participate at Paperfest. All entries are subject to approval by organizers and deposit payment is due upon acceptance. Priority will be given to previous vendors and vendors who wish to participate in the entire event. If the application is approved by the committee a confirmation email will follow by March 1st. Thank you for your interest!
