By attending Paperfest, you agree to the following terms & conditions:
Photo & Video Consent
By entering the event grounds, you grant Kim-Com Promotion (Paperfest) the right to use any photos or videos of you for promotional purposes. These may be captured by event photographers or shared publicly by other attendees and may appear on our website, social media, television spots, or printed materials.
Assumption of Risk
All guests enter at their own risk and assume all risks incidental to the event. Kim-Com Promotion, its directors, agents, sponsors, vendors, volunteers, or affiliated individuals and organizations assume no liability for injury, loss, or damage during the event.
Right to Refuse Entry
Paperfest reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person in violation of event policies, local laws, or reasonable standards of safety.
No Carry-Ins — Free Admission Policy
Paperfest is a free-admission event, funded in part through onsite food and beverage sales. No carry-ins allowed. Prohibited items include but are not limited to:

Weapons (including firearms, knives, explosives, fireworks)

Illegal substances or drug paraphernalia

Outside food or beverages, including alcohol

Drones or other remote-controlled devices

Pets (service animals allowed)

Bicycles, skateboards, or scooters

Musical instruments

Professional photography or audio/video equipment

Laser pointers or distracting light devices
Festival organizers, security, and law enforcement reserve the right to prohibit any item not listed here that may be deemed unsafe or disruptive.

Paperfest is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items.
- Lawn chairs and blankets are welcome but may not be left overnight. Items left behind will be disposed of.
Text Club
By joining the Paperfest Text Club (PaperPulse), you agree to the following terms:
Consent to Receive Messages
You agree to receive recurring event updates, emergency notices, promotions, and other messages from Paperfest to the mobile number you provide.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on event needs. Typical periods may include 1–3 messages per week leading up to and during the event.
Opt-Out
You can unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will no longer receive further texts from us.

Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile plan.
Privacy

Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to join. If you are under 18, parent or guardian consent is required.
Promotions & Contests
Paperfest occasionally holds giveaways, promotional contests, and onsite competitions. These events are free to enter and intended to enhance the guest experience.

Prizes

Liability & Release
By entering, participants release Kim-Com Promotion and Paperfest from liability related to participation, prize acceptance, or event attendance.
Children’s Privacy
Paperfest does not knowingly collect information from minors without consent from a parent/guardian. Parents may request removal of any photos of, or data submitted by a minor.
Policy Changes
