Format: Eight person team (Four on the field, Four substitutes)

Surface: Grass Field

Entry Fee: $125.00 (if postmarked by July 6, 2013)
Entry fee is $135.00 (if postmarked after July 6, 2013)

Pre-registration is required. No registrations will be accepted the day of the tournament.
