Paperfest Art and Craft Fair

Entry Fee Only $30.00 for 10 x 10 / $55 for 20 x 10 Jury Fee Waived

Eligibility: All crafters and artists of original work are welcome to apply, please submit 2 photos of your work and 1 photo of your booth with application. Paperfest reserves the right to accept or reject any application.

Acceptable Items: We are seeking a unique variety of quality items. Fine art, quality crafts, jewelry, country crafts, woodwork, photography, candles, canned products such as honey, maple syrup and dips. (No ready to eat food items or resale/ flea market type items please.)

Facility: Booth size is 10 x 10 or 20 x 10, outdoors on grassland. Set up begins at 9:30 am, tear down after 5:00 pm, drive up access for set up/tear down, vendor parking on grounds, restrooms and food available. NO electricity and vendors are responsible for tent/tables.

By Reserving a space you agree to the following

• Exhibitors are responsible for filing taxable income to the Department of Revenue. CANCELLATIONS: Full refund if written notice is given by May 15, 2013.
• PHOTO RELEASE: I hereby irrevocably grant to Kim-Com Promotions/Paperfest the right to publish any and all photographs taken or statements written or made by me at Paperfest.
• INSURANCE RELEASE: Exhibitor will maintain their booths in a safe condition and will indemnify and hold harmless Kim-Com Promotions/Paperfest volunteers/organization and Village of Kimberly from injuries or damages, or claims of injuries or damages, sustained by any person in the exhibitor's booth area.
